Escritor y profesor universitario nacido en Facatativa en 1943. Luego de 35 a\u00f1os en el ejercicio de su profesi\u00f3n como abogado laboralista, durante los \u00faltimos cuatro a\u00f1os se ha desempe\u00f1ado como consejero de Estado. Una de sus novelas publicadas, Tras la baranda, fue finalista en 1994 en el Concurso Nacional de Novela organizado por el Instituto Nacional de Cultura-Colcultura. Es autor adem\u00e1s de dos vol\u00famenes de cuentos, Recogiendo los pasos y Un regalito para el juez, y en 2006 public\u00f3 su segunda novela, Memorias de la hija del boticario. Su obra trata de la manida realidad de la justicia en Colombia, que pareciera producto de su imaginaci\u00f3n. En ella, la ficci\u00f3n se confunde con la vida cotidiana, sin que el lector pueda establecer el l\u00edmite entre una y otra.
